Walter DeKalb Kelley, Jr (1955-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.[1]

Kelley was nominated by President George W. Bush on October 31, 2003, to a seat vacated by Henry Morgan; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 23, 2004, and received commission on August 16, 2004. He resigned on May 16, 2008.[1] Kelley was succeeded in this position by Anthony Trenga.
