Walter L. Marshall, Jr. is a senior judge on the Vicinage 15 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] He was appointed in 1999 and reappointed with tenure in 2006. Marshall retired in 2015 and was recalled to serve a two-year term as a senior judge, effective June 30, 2015.[2]
Education
Marshall received his bachelor's degree from Duke University and his J.D. from Temple University.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the superior court, Marshall spent 24 years as an attorney. He also served as solicitor for Wenonah and Westville Boroughs, the Glassboro and Woodbury Planning Boards, and the Monroe Board of Education.[4]
