Walter Zarnecki
Walter Zarnecki ran for election to the Chicago City Council to represent Ward 35 in Illinois. Zarnecki was disqualified from the general election scheduled on February 26, 2019.
Zarnecki was disqualified from the February 26, 2019 Alderman Ward 35 election after his Candidate Nomination Papers were deemed invalid.[1]

2015
The city of Chicago, Illinois, held elections for city council on February 24, 2015. A runoff, if necessary, will take place on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was November 24, 2014.[2] In the general election for Ward 35, challenger Carlos Ramirez-Rosa defeated incumbent Rey Colón. Walter Zarnecki was removed from the ballot.[3][4]
