Wanda Lopez
Wanda Lopez was a candidate for an at-large seat on the Vineland Board of Education in New Jersey. She ran unsuccessfully for the one-year unexpired term left by Carlos Mercado against four other candidates on November 5, 2013. Lopez sought appointment to the position on August 7, 2013 but the board voted for Frank Bongiovanni to fill the seat until November.[1]
Biography
Lopez worked with the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services prior to her retirement.[2]
