This measure will raise the taxes on property in the district in order to renovate the school's facilities such as their kitchen facilities, the Warden High School locker rooms and gymnasium.

"CAPITAL LEVY TO EXPAND AND RENOVATE SCHOOL FACILITIES The Board of Directors of Warden School District No. 146-161-J adopted Resolution No. 10-08-09, concerning a proposition to finance expansion and renovation of school facilities. This proposition would authorize the District to expand and renovate the cafeteria-kitchen facility and renovate the Warden High School locker rooms and gymnasium, and levy the following excess taxes, on all taxable property within the District:
Approx. Levy Rate $1,000 Collection Assessed Levy Year Value Amount 2010 $2.18 $600,000 2011 $3.44 $950,000 2012 $3.44 $950,000 all as provided in Resolution No.10-08-09. Should this proposition be approved?"[2]
