Biography
Turner earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Fayetteville State University. He worked from 2012 to 2014 as a juvenile service coordinator in the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, and he has previous experience as a state probation officer.[1][2][3]

The city of Charlotte, North Carolina, held elections for mayor and city council on November 3, 2015. A primary took place on September 15, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was July 17, 2015.[4] In the District 3 race, incumbent LaWana Mayfield defeated Rosa Hodge-Mustafa and Warren F. Turner in the Democratic, while Eric Wayne Netter was unopposed in the Republican primary. Mayfield defeated Netter in the general election.[5][6][7]
