The Washington 13.5 Hour Limited Driver's License Initiative, did not make the November 2012 statewide ballot in Washington as an Initiative to the People.
The proposed measure would have implemented a limited working driver's license instead of suspending licenses for unpaid fines.[1]

In order to qualify for the ballot, supporters were required to submit a minimum of 241,153 valid signatures by July 6, 2012.
