In 1977, voters decided on ten statewide ballot measures in Washington on November 8.

• Three of the measures were Initiatives to the People.
• Two of the measures were Initiatives to the Legislature.
• Two of the measures were veto referendums.
• Four of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
• Voters approved six (60%) and rejected four (40%) measures.
