Ballot title

The ballot title for Allow Chaplains for State Prisons and Reformatory Institutions Amendment was as follows:

For the proposed amendment to section eleven (11), of article one (1) of the constitution, giving to the legislature of the state of Washington the power of supplying chaplains for state penal and reformatory institutions.

Against said proposed amendment to section eleven (11), of Article one (1) of the constitution, giving to the legislature of the state of Washington the power of employing chaplains for state penal and reformatory institutions.
