Ballot title
The ballot title for Amendment to Article XV Sec. 1 was as follows:
“ | An Amendment of section 1 of article XV of the State Constitution relating to harbor lines and areas, by providing that harbor lines may be relocated or reestablished and that none of the area lying between any harbor line and the line of ordinary high water and within not more than two thousand (2,000) feet of any harbor line shall he sold or the right to the control thereof relinquished by the state. | ” |
