The Washington Business and Occupation Taxes, Initiative 1118, did not appear on the November 2011 statewide ballot in Washington as an Initiative to the People.
The measure would have prohibited taxes on income received by small businesses, raised all other business taxes by two-tenths of one percent over the rate existing as of December 31, 2010.[1]

In order to qualify for the ballot, supporters were required to submit a minimum of 241,153 valid signatures. As of July 8, 2011, petition deadline day, no signatures were filed.
