Elections for the Washington House of Representatives were held in Washington on November 4, 2008. All 98 seats were up for election. The primary Election Day was August 19, 2008.[1][2]

Qualifications
Section 7 of Article 2 of the Washington State Constitution states, "No person shall be eligible to the legislature who shall not be a citizen of the United States and a qualified voter in the district for which he is chosen."[3]
