The Washington Petition Circulation, Initiative 1113, did not appear on the November 2011 statewide ballot in Washington as an Initiative to the People.

The initiative would have made it a crime to interfere with a signature gatherer or person trying to sign an initiative or referendum petition.[1][2]

Initiative sponsors included: Tim Eyman, Leo J. Fagan and M.J. Fagan.
