Washington Referendum 41 was on the ballot as a legislatively referred state statute in Washington on November 3, 1987. It was defeated.

A "yes" vote supported requiring the state legislature to seek U.S. Supreme Court review of a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Federal Reserve System’s authority to create money and regulate economic activity, as well as the authority under which banks issue unrestricted foreign loans.

A "no" vote opposed requiring the state legislature to seek U.S. Supreme Court review of a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Federal Reserve System’s authority.
