- NO 3,355 (42.74%)[1]
This measure sought to replace and increase the current street levy to one set at a rate of $.185 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for street and bridge repairs and construction costs in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| A replacement of 1.7 mills and an increase of 0.15 mill to constitute a tax for the benefit of the unincorporated area of Washington Township for the purpose of GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, RESURFACING, AND REPAIR OF STREETS, ROADS, AND BRIDGES at a rate not exceeding 1.85 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.185 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
