Wayne A. Matewsky
Wayne A. Matewsky is a former Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Twenty-Eighth Middlesex District from a special election on April 2, 2013, to 2015.

2014
Elections for the Massachusetts House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on September 9, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Joseph McGonagle, Jr. defeated incumbent Wayne A. Matewsky in the Democratic primary and was unopposed in the general election.[1]
2013
Matewsky won election in the special election for Massachusetts House of Representatives Twenty-Eighth Middlesex District. The seat was vacant following the resignation of Stephen Smith (D) on December 31, 2012, after pleading guilty to casting invalid absentee ballots in 2009 and 2010. Matewsky defeated Sergio Cornelio, Joseph W. McGonagle, Michael Mangan and John Hanlon in the March 5 Democratic primary and defeated Rosa DiFlorio (I) and Dennis John Gianatassi (I) in the special election, which took place on April 2, 2013.[2][3][4][5]
