A Wayne County Care Center Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wayne County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the County of Wayne to renew a property tax levy of 0.7 mills ($0.7 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the County Care Center.[1]

Language on the ballot:
“ | A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Wayne County for the purpose of operation, maintenance and repair of the Wayne County Care Center at a rate not exceeding 0.7 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seven cents ($0.07) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.[1][2] | ” |
