A Wayne County Public Library Levy Renewal question is on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wayne County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the County of Wayne to renew a property tax levy of up to 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the operations of the County Public Library.[1]

Language on the ballot:
“ | A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Wayne County Public Library for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.[1][2] | ” |
