Biography
Wayne MacDonald was born in Derry, New Hampshire. MacDonald earned a B.A. in political science from Saint Anselm College in 1976 and an M.B.A. from Rivier University in 1987. MacDonald's career experience includes working as a senior fraud investigator with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services and as the manager of Standard Sash and Door Company.[1]
