Wayne Ozzi

Wayne Ozzi is a judge of the Court of Claims in Staten Island, New York. He was appointed by Governor David Paterson in 2010. Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) reappointed Ozzi in 2017.[1][2]
Ozzi also serves as an acting justice on the New York Supreme Court, 13th Judicial District located in Richmond County, New York. He was appointed to the court by chief administrative judge Ann T. Pfau in 2010.[2]
Education
Ozzi earned an undergraduate degree from Queens College in 1974. He was awarded a J.D. from the University of Dayton, School of Law in 1978. He also earned an LLM from the New York University, School of Law in 1983.[2]
