Wayne Seybold
Wayne Seybold was a Republican candidate for Indiana State Treasurer in the 2014 election.[1]
Seybold serves as Mayor of the city of Marion, Indiana. A former Olympic figure skater, he now owns a skating rink.
In 2012, Seybold ran for election to the U.S. House, representing the 5th Congressional District of Indiana. He sought the Republican nomination in the May 8 primary election, which Politico listed as one of the five primaries to watch in 2012.[2]

Elections
2014
Seybold ran for election to the office of Indiana Treasurer in 2014. He sought the Republican nomination in the primary on May 6, 2014.[4] The general election took place on November 4, 2014.
2012
Seybold ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Indiana's 5th District. Seybold and six other candidates lost to Susan Brooks in the May 8 Republican primary.[5]

Seybold received endorsements from the organization "The Young Conservative Group,"[6] State senators Mike Delph, Luke Kenley, Jim Buck, Jim Banks, Travis Holdman, and Representatives Eric Turner, Michael Karickhoff, and Kevin Mahan,[7] 5th District County Chairmen Craig Dunn, Andy Dudelston, and Jerry Shull,[8] and 5th Congressional District incumbent Dan Burton.[9]
