Wayne Winsley was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Connecticut. Winsley ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 3, 2012. He lost to incumbent Rosa DeLauro on November 6, 2012.[1]
Biography
Winsley was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on August 13, 1963.[2] Winsley served in the United States Navy, achieving the Naval rank of Petty Officer.[2]
