Wayne Wolff was a 2012 independent candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Pennsylvania. He was defeated by Scott Perry.[1]

Wolff ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 4th District. Wolff ran as an Independent and faced Democrat Harry Perkinson, Republican Scott Perry and Libertarian Mike Koffenberger in the November 6 general election.[2]
