Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure B was as follows:

Shall Ordinance 453-2019 regulating the commercial growth of Cannabis within the City, requiring a license for such business operations, limiting who may obtain such license, and imposing regulations of the conduct of business operations to protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City be adopted.
