Ohio House of Representatives expels former speaker Larry Householder Forty-two Republicans and 33 Democrats voted in favor of expulsion. Twenty-one Republicans and one Democrat voted against. Reviewing recent mayoral election results in two state capitals Jackson, Mississippi, held a mayoral election on June 8, and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, held a mayoral primary on May 18. In Jackson, voters re-elected Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba (D) with 69% of the vote. In Harrisburg, at-large city councilwoman Wanda Williams (D) won the city’s Democratic mayoral primary by 56 votes. Colorado commission releases draft congressional district maps Colorado is the first state in the current redistricting cycle to release a draft congressional plan.
