Weiner may run for mayor

NEW YORK CITY,New York:Former Democratic congressman Anthony Weiner said he is considering running for mayor of New York, but he has yet to announce officially any plans.[1]


Weiner resigned in 2011 following a photo scandal on Twitter. He has $4.3 million already in the bank, left over from past campaigns. Weiner would likely have a difficult campaign should he decide to run—a recent poll revealed voters may not consider him electable.[1]
