Wendell Manning

C. Wendell Manning is the chief judge of the 4th Judicial District, Division F in Louisiana (Ouachita and Morehouse Parishes). He took office in 2003.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[3][4]
