Wendy Kinsella
Wendy Kinsella is a judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court Northern District of New York. She assumed office on June 7, 2021. Her current term ends on June 7, 2035.
Education
Kinsella received her B.S., magna cum laude, from Ithaca College and her J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law.[1]
Career
Before becoming a bankruptcy judge, Kinsella was a partner and the leader of the Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy, and Creditors’ Rights practice group at Harris Beach PLLC. Before that, she was an associate and then partner at Martin, Martin & Woodard, LLP.[1]
