Wendy Moser
Wendy Moser was a member of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC), the state body charged with regulating the state's utility companies. Biography
Before joining the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC), Moser worked as a senior manager for Charter Communications. She had worked in the fields of telecommunications, utilities, and regulatory law for more than 25 years.[2]
