2014
Wendy Rodriguez, Michael Sgroi, George Talley and Timothy Wilson lost to fellow challenger Elizabeth Mercado for Seat 1 in the general election on May 20, 2014. Rodriguez and Eileen Felix ran as a slate for the two open seats.[2]
All members are elected to three-year terms by specific geographic districts that are aligned with the district's elementary school attendance areas. These seats do not have titles, but they are considered distinct from one another. Ballotpedia assigned generic titles to all seven seats on the board to prevent confusion. These seat titles are arbitrary and do not reflect the status or seniority of the board members holding them.
