Wendy Wintersgill
Wendy Wintersgill represented District 3 seat on the Cecil County Board of Education in Maryland. She was first elected to the board in 2010. Wintersgill won re-election unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. She did not run for re-election in 2018.
Biography
Wintersgill has worked as a registered nurse with Lancaster General / Penn Medicine and Christiana Care Health System. She earned her bachelor's degree from Widener University. She later earned a master's degree from the University of Delaware. She and her husband have three children who have attended district schools.[1][2]

Wendy Wintersgill, William Malesh and Dawn K. Branch ran unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. Malesh ran to replace Donna Zane, who did not file for re-election.
Results
Incumbents Wendy Wintersgill and Dawn K. Branch were re-elected without opposition to the board for their second consecutive terms in District 3 and 5 respectively. Newcomer William Malesh was also elected to the District 4 seat without opposition.
