Constitutionalist/Originalist
  • The People have inaliable natural rights. Governments do not.
  • The People authorize and empower government to represent them and protect their natural rights and The People can rescind that power and authroity when they do not represent them or protect their natural rights.
  • We are free! Though our freedom may be infringed, we are yet free. We are free to exercise out freedom without permission. We are free to cast off the bonds of those that infringe upon our freedom rather than defend it.
The Constitution. Declarations of Emergency. Executive orders. Martial Law. Education. Taxation. All usurpations of authority and power and infringement upon personal liberty.
I look up to Martin Luther, John Knox, Emmanuel Kant, Thomas Jefferson and Lysander Spooner. I look up to our founders that codified our highest ideas into our highest law regardless of whether or not we currently lived up to that standard.
To defend and uphold the constitution and rule of law. That is the primary function of government!
I am not a politician. I am here to do battle for natural rights, the rule of law and the Republic!
To defend and uphold the constitution and rule of law. That is the primary function of government!
A Constitutional Republic if you can keep it...
I was a child of the 60's. I grew up in the shadow of the Kennedy assassinations. It was like a cloud over our nations that I sensed but did not understand. I remember being intrigued by Nixon and Watergate and sitting up well past my bedtime to watch the "world at War" series with my father after Jonny Carson.
My first job was working for Newman Peters in the summers when I was home from Military Academy. Newman owned a respected funeral home in our town and was a prince of a man. He taught me what it meant to look past hardship and serve people in their greatest time of crisis and need. I worked for Newman for several years. He is one of my dearest friends and mentors. I still fondly call him "General".
1984, Candid, Brave New World, Fear & Trembling, Pilgrims Progress, Dante's Inferno, Aesops Fables, The Bible,
None. Every life is more complex and beautiful and tragic and terrifying and wonderful than any fiction.
Almost everything by Elvis Costello, Wes Montgomery, Michael Hedges etc.
Authoritarianism and mindless compliance! The Milgram effect!
The New Hampshire House of Representatives is the most populist representative governmental body in the world.
Unfortunately no. There is no aptitude or proficiency test for legislators; only a popularity test.
That of a constitutional failsafe, otherwise unobtrusive into the lives of The People.
Yes, of course. We are all human and we need to relate to one another another on a human level to share ideas and debate ideas and build alliances to support ideas and create law, clarify law or rescind law based on those ideas.
Districts should be based on the originalist constitutional idea of representation and should not be weaponized to benefit one part or the other.
Yes! A wiseman once told me "You get in where you fit in!" I have some experience and proficiency in finance and law, the constitution and political philosophy and great passion in other areas, especially where natural rights are infringed. I am sure I will get in where I fit in but my first focus would be to address executive overreach and poorly written legislation regarding emergency powers.
I came her to fight for the people. I will go wherever that fight leads next; hopefully home because it is won and over.
Yes. I have heard from several people that are forced to sell their homes, sometime multi generational homes, because they cant afford the sky rocketing out of control taxes. That has burned into me like a brand!
