Wes Shoemyer
Wes Shoemyer (b. March 30, 1961) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri State Senate. He represented the 18th District from 2007 to 2011.
Shoemyer received his diploma from South Shelby County R-IV High School in 1979. He then attended the University of Missouri - Columbia.
Shoemyer is a farmer. Shoemyer and his wife, Cheryl, have four children.
Shoemyer served in the Missouri State House of Representatives from 2000 to 2006. He then joined the Missouri State Senate in 2006. He has served in that position since, representing the 18th District.
