Neuman's campaign website listed the following issues:[2]
| “
|
- Affordable Child Care: "High quality and affordable child care is paramount, given that more and more women serve as their family's breadwinner. Let's make sure these women and families have access to quality daycare. This will economically empower our workforce, which is good for our families, our society, and our country."
- Ambassador Appointments: "The President of the United States, regardless of Administration, should appoint only the most qualified individuals to become Ambassadors to serve and represent the United States of America in U.S. Embassies worldwide. Appointments should never rely upon campaign contributions, which is why I will immediately introduce The Ambassador Appointments Act of 2015."
- Amendment #1: Water & Land Conservation: "I will be voting Yes on Amendment #1 for Water and Land Conservation. This amendment dedicates funds to acquire and restore Florida conservation and recreation lands Funds the Land Acquisition Trust Fund to acquire, restore, improve, and manage conservation lands including wetlands and forests; fish and wildlife habitat."
- Amendment #2: Medical Marijuana: "The petition for medical marijuana was signed by over 1.1 million people in Florida and is now on the ballot as Amendment #2. In Florida, 7 out of 10 voters surveyed across all parties support medical marijuana. Politicians have made it a crime for doctors to recommend medical marijuana to their patients, forcing the people of Florida to put it on the ballot as an amendment. This amendment is for people who have debilitating diseases and conditions, which is why it is easy for me to support this amendment."
- Campaigning While In Office: "Congress needs to have a serious examination of how and when public servants may run for office. For example, if a U.S. Representative wants to become the Governor of Florida or a U.S. Senator, or if a U.S. Senator wants to become President, there should be a requirement that they resign from office. Inevitably, these individuals cannot be an effective candidate and an effective legislator simultaneously."
