Wesley Tibbals is a judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court. He assumed office in 2015. His current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Tibbals won re-election for judge of the Florida 13th Circuit Court outright in the primary on August 23, 2022, after the general election was canceled.

Appointed to the circuit court on March 25, 2015, by Gov. Rick Scott (R), Tibbals filled the vacancy created by Judge Debra K. Behnke's resignation. He was the sole candidate to file for the primary election on August 30, 2016. The contest was canceled due to the lack of opposition, and Tibbals was automatically elected to a full six-year term in the seat.
