A West Hills Community College District bond proposition, Measure L ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the West Hills Community College District in parts of Fresno County and Kings County, where it was approved.
Measure L authorized the district to borrow $12,655,000.
A 55 percent supermajority vote was required for approval.
