Two West Hills Community College District bond propositions, Measures C and E were on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in, respectively, Districts 2 and 3 of the West Hills Community College District. Both measures were approved.
- Measure C authorized the district to borrow $11.6 million. It was for voters in District 2 of the School Facilities Improvement District. District 2 ("the Coalinga area") covers parts of three counties: Fresno, Monterey and San Benito.
- Measure E authorized the district to borrow $31 million. It was for voters in District 3 ("the Lemoore area") of the School Facilities Improvement District. District 3 covers parts of two counties: Fresno and Kings.
