A West Manchester Police Levy Addition measure was on November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of West Elkton which is in Preble County.

This measure was defeated

  • YES 47 (38.21%)
  • NO 76 (61.79%)Defeatedd[1]

This measure sought to add to the current police levy by a rate of 2 mills for a further three year in order to continue to pay for police protection services offered in the village.[2]
