West Melbourne City Charter Amendments, 3 (November 2010)

Three West Melbourne City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of West Melbourne, which is in Brevard County.

All three measures were approved

The first measure sought to allow emergency meetings to be called through the City Manager.

  • NO 1,414 (24.78%)

The second measure sought to reduce terms to three years, from the current four, and take away odd year elections.

  • YES 4,141 (71.74%) Approveda
  • NO 1,631 (28.26%)

The third measure sought to enact certification of elected council members.[1]
