Kimberly Moore is the superintendent of the West Oso Independent School District. Moore began serving as the interim superintendent in January 2023 and was appointed full superintendent in May 2023. Moore's previous career experience includes working as a teacher, and other administrative roles in the West Oso ISD.[1]

The West Oso ISD school board consists of seven members elected to four-year terms. Board members are elected at large.[3]
Elections
Board members are elected on a staggered basis in November of even-numbered years.
Five seats on the board were up for general election on November 5, 2024. The filing deadline for this election was August 19, 2024.
