A West Township Road Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Columbiana County, which is in Ohio, where it was unresolved.

This question would have authorized the township of West to increase property taxes by 3 mills ($3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) in order to fund road construction and maintenance.[1]
