Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
The purpose of this proposed amendment is to authorize the Legislature to issue and sell state bonds in an amount not exceeding two hundred million dollars for distribution to county boards of education for use by such boards for the construction, renovation, remodeling and equipping of elementary and secondary school buildings and facilities and for acquisition and preparation of sites therefor.[2] |
