The West Virginia Remove Sheriff's Term Limit, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in West Virginia on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure proposed eliminating "the term limit restriction on the office of sheriff for an unlimited number of years."[1][2]
