I want to bring a fresh face and new ideas to the Legislature.
I will represent the interests of West Virginia workers.

Eric Hayhurst (D)
West Virginia has an uncontrolled opioid epidemic. We must tackle this problem head on as it manifests in so many other issues, from foster care, health and human services and our economy and jobs. I will work hard to find solutions to the epidemic.
Our infrastructure must be maintained, repaired and expanded. This doesn't just include roads and highways, but also utilities, broadband and cellular service. If we are going to expand and diversify our economy in West Virginia, this is key.
Finally, we must continue to expand and diversify our economy. We must bring new and high paying jobs to West Virginia, while keeping the ones we have here. All of the aforementioned issues are key to our economy and jobs.
