The West Virginia Veteran's Bonus Amendment, Amendment 3, also known as Amendment No. 3, was on the ballot in West Virginia on November 7, 1950, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment provided a bonus to veterans that served in either of the World Wars.[1][2]
