A Western Holmes County Fire District Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Holmes County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Western Holmes County Fire District to renew a property tax levy of 2.3 mills ($2.3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund fire and emergency medical services.[1]
