A Western Reserve Joint Fire District Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Mahoning County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved'.

This question authorized the Western Reserve Joint Fire District to renew a property tax levy of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years (estimated revenue of $274,807) in order to fund the operations of the District.[1]
