Ballot title
The ballot title for Issue 39 was as follows:
| “ | Shall an annual income tax of 0.75 percent on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Westerville City School District, for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2026, for the purpose of providing for the current expenses of the school district? | ” |
