This measure sought to add to the current school levy for a total rate of $.40 per $100 of assessed property value for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for necessary requirements as needed in the school district.
An income tax measure would have also been implemented at a rate of .5 percent per year in order to further pay for current expenses in the school district.[3]
