A Westerville School District Levy Addition measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the school district of Westerville which is in Franklin and Delaware Counties.
This measure was defeated

This measure sought to add to the current school levy for a total rate of $.40 per $100 of assessed property value for a continuing period of time in order to further pay for necessary requirements as needed in the school district.
An income tax measure would have also been implemented at a rate of .5 percent per year in order to further pay for current expenses in the school district.[3]
