Wheat Ridge Charter Amendments, 2 (November 2010)
Two Wheat Ridge Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Wheat Ridge, which is in Jefferson County.
Both measures were defeated
The first measure sought to allow the city Mayor the ability to veto the city budget, in part or whole. In order to override the veto the council would require a three-fourths vote.
The second measure sought to establish a mayor-council form of government giving the mayor the power to be city administrator and afforded all the powers therein.[1]
